02Project Overview

A precision mechanical enclosure developed for the CapServe cell sensor platform. The design balances a compact footprint with full IP65 ingress protection, enabling reliable outdoor deployment in cellular monitoring applications. The snap-fit housing strategy eliminates exposed fasteners and speeds field servicing, while the integrated pole-mount bracket allows flexible installation across diverse site conditions. All geometry was reviewed for injection-moulding feasibility before handoff to tooling.
