02Project Overview

A ruggedised industrial splice detector enclosure designed for manufacturing and quality inspection lines. The extruded aluminium body with integrated heatsink fins ensures reliable thermal performance during continuous operation. Industrial M12 connectors provide robust RS-232, RS-485, and EtherCAT/Profinet connectivity, while front-panel LED indicators and a 7-segment display give operators instant visibility into detection thresholds and system status. The 24 VDC power input and QR code traceability label support seamless factory floor integration.
